Terms of Use
The platform is an information and verification layer; official authorities and third-party providers remain responsible for their own decisions and services.
Information, not border authority
The platform is intended to explain and organise travel information. Immigration, customs, health, airline, airport and other authorities remain the authoritative decision-makers. A visa, ETA, arrival form or other authorisation does not itself guarantee admission where the relevant authority says otherwise.
Verification and uncertainty
Important claims may display verification states and source dates. If a source changes, becomes unavailable or cannot be safely reconciled, the system is designed to downgrade or expire the affected claim rather than guess. Travellers remain responsible for checking the linked official authority before relying on time-sensitive requirements.
Flight tracking
Aircraft-position data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Positions older than the platform’s freshness threshold must not be presented as current live locations. Route guides, conflict-zone information and disaster overlays are informational and do not establish why an airline or crew selected or changed a route.
Third-party bookings
The platform is designed as an information/comparison layer, not the merchant for flights, hotels, transfers or other travel services. Transactions, cancellations, refunds and fulfilment are governed by the third-party provider selected by the traveller.
Emergency information
Emergency contacts are treated as high-risk records and should be source-backed. In an emergency, use the relevant local authority and do not delay urgent action merely to consult this website.
